Coffs City Council excluded from Rezoning Process

It’s been revealed the future of the Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshores development is now in the hands of the State. Councillors today responding to a new policy – which effectively gives the government control over rezoning the land.

The Minns State Labor Government has introduced new regulations to exclude Coffs Harbour City Council from the rezoning process at the Jetty Foreshore.

Minister Kamper, what happened to community consultation, listening to the community and working with council?

The Minns State Labor Government is ‘full speed ahead’ disregarding, disrespecting and punishing the Coffs Harbour community for the 70% ‘NO to private residential’ vote.
